14th Century Transitional Armor
As of this writing in June 2011, this kit is really just getting started. I had
started collecting some of the components nearly a year earlier, but as some
pieces take time to be manufactured, and othe expenses get in the way of buying
things in a timely fashion, it got put off a while.
Still needed are a good set of gauntlets (hourglass or Wisby style), helmet (klappvisor or
round-nose bascinet most likely), and eventually greaves and a globose breastplate or
coat of plates.
It consists of plate components from Mercenary's Tailor, and GDFB stainless
riveted mail.
