Knight's Edge "Ritter Steel" Spiked Mace purchased in 2002 This seems a little clumsy, since it's large (the spikes alone are 4 or 5 inches long) and heavy, but not as heavy as it looks. The ball is defeinitely hollow, but I couldn't say how thick the steel is. I keep this out of easy reach since it would be too easy to kill yourself just by tripping on something and falling into it.
